Braised lamb shank. These were from the prepared chilled case at Costco. I had looked at them before and looked at them again this week. While waying whether to buy or not, a HVAC tech walked by and said they were really good and the serve them over mashed cauliflower. So I decided to give them a try.
Creamy-garlic mashed cauliflower (first time trying this also)
Roasted brussle sprouts
French Grenache
The shanks were very good. Packaging said they were oven braised for 12 hours in rosemary-mint sauce.
