Dinner party. They get a choice of Shrimp and Grits or Grillades and Grits, an Italian salad, and french bread from Best bakery.

Panko Breaded Chicken Fried Chicken

Even though it was 96 degrees outside I decided to fry the chicken outside on the grill burner. Good excuse(not that I need one)to have an ice cold beer.

While I was frying the chicken breasts I had some biscuits baking in the oven.

I was ready to eat!

Mac & Cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, baby lima beans, Panko breaded fried chicken breasts and hot buttered biscuits.

I've never done lobster at home, and this was an impulse Costco buy when I was picking up some crab legs. It was very small, about 1/4 lb. One website said to broil it for four minutes, so that's what I did. I don't think it was done enough and didn't really enjoy it, but the king crab legs made up for it.

I'm about to slang some crawfish fettucine in the oven. That's it. Carbs, cheese, and crawfish.
