Mashed sweet potatoes, roasted veggies, and some kind of maple syrup and Dijon crusted chicken that turned out funny looking since I pulled the skin off.

Pork chops and okra. The two threads about okra (and MD's pics) made me hungry for smothered okra. It's a side dish tonight, but I'll be adding shrimp to it to make it an entree tomorrow or Friday. It needs a little tightening up, as you can see in the pic, but the flava is there.

That looks incredible. Thick cut pork chop was my second choice.

Thank you, the poke chop was good, but I usually get them a little thicker. Worked out just fine, though. Montreal steak seasoning is perfect for pork chops!

Really random stuff. Purple cabbage coleslaw, corn on the cob, & a few slices of prosciutto

I had asked how did you season your chops?

It’s Korean noodles mixed with Gochujang and other spices and chicken broth.

Not to be confused with Korean Black Bean Noodles made with pork belly and black bean paste.
