Chicken fried steak in the cast iron skillet; mashed red taters with cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, butter, and garlic; lady cream peas, skillet corn bread, and sliced tomatoes. Good night to be at my house.

It's going to be a late dinner for me. I got a good deal on a pork and a beef roast and they are cooking down now in the oven over a bed of onions, bells and garlic.

Threw some yard eggs in hot grease, basted, soaked up the yolk with white bread! Nothing else except a glass of milk. Ain’t real fancy but pretty darn good...

Love the Thai curries. Too bad they are so fattening because of the coconut base.

I'm a sucker for the gaeng daeng (red curry) with medium spice. You get your veggies and sinuses cleared out all in one sitting.

Yours looks very good, in that pic.

Those Tabasco pails.......I have the similar style of gumbo bowl, purchased from Pieces of Eight
