Grilled boneless skinless thighs, basted with a Carribean Jerk marinade (food network kitchens brand, was pretty good). Roasted whole carrots and green beans.

mushrooms are basically little flavor sponges. I used to hate mushrooms back in highschool and before. Been a staple of mine for the past decade.

They give me anaphylaxis. And I could never get past them tasting like dirty sponges.

The only thing is I forgot to add the mushrooms that I bought specifically for pizza this week :(. Oh well, I guess I will have to sauté them in a couple of days.
