Fresh Artichoke Fontina ravioli in both Lemon Parmesan cream sauce and Sweet Pea & Prosciutto cream sauce. We wanted to try both.

My brother gave me some speckled trout filets he caught late Friday; a quick sauté in a skillet along w/mushrooms, fresh ginger, sliced garlic, and a squeeze of hoisin & splash of soy....served it over rice cooked w/green onions, cilantro, and diced carrot. LIght and easy.

Pepp with mushrooms.
Didn’t take a pic of the prosciutto and arugula but it was very good. White clam was good too.
