Making my world famous vegetable and meat pastalaya (famous to me because its my own recipe)

I basically make pastalaya my own way with bite size pieces of onion, bellpepper, zuchinni, and squash instead of dicing the veggies. Along with chicken and sausage.

Made al pastor yesterday, ate some leftovers with guac, some mexican cheeses and peppers/onions.

Good stuff. Gonna be eating it for a few days

Soft scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and chives, sourdough toast with wife’s homemade strawberry jam and Community Coffee dark roast.

I’ll have a piece of Ambrosia Bakery Doberge cake with another coffee later.

Second ever batch of hot sticks. They’d look better/more professional with synthetic casing, but these natural casings taste better.
I made these with venison, Boston butt, and pepper jack.
