made some black beans with sausage.

First crawfish of the season for us. Picked up from Crawfish Boss in Broussard. Taste was very good, but most of them were really small. I must've had the bigger ones on top because this pic is deceptive.

This was supposed to be like a buffalo wing tasting jackfruit thing. I got Franks regular instead of buffalo so it’s still good:





Here’s everything I cooked. Beans and rice, the buffalo jackfruit and a pasta salad.

Pasta salad had bells, mushrooms, garlic, arugula and some spicy green sauce I get from Trader Joe’s


And because I’m a stoner, I combined two things and made a burrito... rice and jackfruit . Didn’t get a final pic
