Question: Is it tradition to downvote posts in this thread? I mean, every time I look, each post has a bunch of downvotes.

I've been doing reverse sear steaks in cast iron from the oven to the stove for a couple years. Tonight I removed the metal heat tents and then got my gas grill up to 650. I threw a big ribeye on there and let it just get blasted by direct flames for about 4 minutes per side. It turned out great.

Great question. I’ve often wondered that myself.

Mr. Balls

Would you remember a Tommy Allen from your MC BB Days?

A good friend who lives in Meridian. Maybe 72 YO?

I've wondered if it's a poor who can only afford ramen, a fatty or diabetic who can't eat what they want, snobbery, or some stupid foodie rivalry.
