Made a 3 bean chili last night, served over some torilla chips with fresh avo and japs



I’ve got some pretty good lighting in my kitchen... on the days with the sun is out here. Not often this time of year!

Being from MS, what is Mississippi pot roast, or at least your version? I love a good roast

Chuck roast, 1 ranch dressing mix packet, 1 packet au jus or onion soup mix, 1 stick butter, 6-8 peppercini (sp?) peppers with juice.

Just cut a large filet of sockeye salmon into these 3pcs. Will cook on the stove in butter & olive oil. Steamed asparagus and mashed potatoes.

Thank you! Tasted pretty good.

Except I still don't like the Paul Prudhomme brand tasso I used in the green beans. The spicing is wrong to me.

Oldest son flew in today and cooked.
I think he said something about adobe chicken, rice, and bock choy.
Chicken was good after I hit it with hot sauce a few times..

It's a complete white trash dish. Ranch mix and butter and pepperocinis. Most of the recipes on Google are the same.
