Delicata squash and roasted fennel soup. No clue how it’ll turn out, but I had those ingredients.

Does your duck gravy have a roux?

I’m tired of prime rib and turkey. Wife and kids at the game so I have a big piece of lemon fish I’m going to roast and just put a bit of lemon butter over the top and a basic iceberg lettuce salad and iced tea. Need to refresh myself.
