Went to Publix deli and picked up a Chicken Parm meal, a garden salad, and a strawberry shortcake desert thing.

About $13. A ton of food though. I don't think I will be able to eat it all.

Sorry I didn't check in last night; I had company and we sent out for Chinese.

Tonight: left over Chinese.

Awesome! Pretty good? (I forgot to say to place the provolone on parchment paper, so I hope you didn't have a problem with it sticking.)

Two inch ribeye that I had the butcher put through the smoker. Sound vide 132x4 hours then finished over a charcoal chimney. Topped with butter that I sautéed with garlic. Overall, probably the best steak I have ever had.

The first pic is out of the water bath prior to sear.

I had half a roast beef poboy earlier, which is the first real thing I've eaten since Sunday evening.
