Spinach and feta salad, soy and honey glazed salmon over cauliflower rice and a glass of tea. Kingcake and milk for dessert.

I had a couple of Mickey Brown's venison tamales topped with leftover chili, sliced cheese, onions, and a dollop of catsup.

I got the leftovers from my hungry toddler in the car between dance classes. I'm lucky I even got that.

The ol battle-axe made grilled chicken thighs with baked zucchini and squash covered in olive oil and cheese along with crostini she grilled in the chicken grease.

I guess it will do.
