I'm making an oyster and andouille fetucinni with mushrooms, spinach and artichoke. I just made it up. I think it's gonna be awesome.

Started off by cooking some sliced onions down a bit with a lil butter.

After smoking pork butts for a total of of close to 24 hours over two occaisions the last 6 days I decided to cook the burgers on cast iron instead of grilling them.

I was pretty hungry tonight so I went with two burgers and Nathan's fries and onion rings on the side. One burger was a butter burger and the other dressed all the way.

This one was exceptionally delicious!

The wife (MHNBPF) cooked chicken to make chicken salad and used some for chicken, mushroom and cream soup. Was nice. Sadly she used no recipe, but I am certain she can reproduce it if I ask, and I will.

Please give us your process. I have one that size in the freezer to cook when my brother visits. Trapped it and his mother. Mom was about 175 lbs. Got plenty of meat off her.
