A big bowl of black eyed peas, pepper sauce and sliced onion. Maybe a bit of leftover stuffed chicken after that.

I finally had a day off over here in midland which meant a round of golf followed by a dry aged prime ribeye from HEB that is about to be thrown on the pit. Along with a bagged Caesar salad and some cold shiner bock because when in Texas...
