For the guys: chicken breast stuff with cream cheese and japs, wrapped with bacon, steamed broccoli.

Do you use the chop sticks or the fork primarily? I use the plastic spoon and a fork mainly. I find pho difficult to eat with chop sticks.

Pan seared salmon for dinner here.

What to make when you've got ground beef about to go bad? Use pantry items. Rotel tomatoes, elbow macaroni, chili seasoning, and some cheese from the fridge. Or as my husband called it, homemade hamburger helper.

Spicy! First time I used extra hot Rotel. But it's actually pretty good. And I liked that it was all done in one pot. Didn't do the pasta separately.
