Bacon and jalapeno deer bites, home fries, ranch beans, and salad with ranch. Sweet potato cupcake for desert. Life is good!

Takeout from Rocharin Thai. Leaning towards the seafood salad. I have a couple more hours to ponder that decision. May add to the order, may get something else. It's a volatile situation and constantly going over the menu isn't helping matters.

Apple Cider Sage Pork Chops with Caramelized Apples
Gotta scroll a long way to get to the recipe.

The sauce is made with pan drippings, apple cider, fresh sage, and heavy cream. Excellent!

I couldn't find honey golds, so I used honey crisp apples. Worked out great.
