Pot roast for me. Potatoes, that I got a nice photo of before cooking.

Painting the field. Grilled yardbird, jambalaya, sautéed shrimp, redfish on the half shell, Mexican street corn, chicken & andouille gumbo, New York strips, and sweet potato casserole.

You find that the potatoes cook well that way?

I like my potatoes very cooked.. squishy. I'd be afraid of doing them piled in a bowl like that on a grill. But I have never done it

I grill em like that all time except I cut em up about 1/2 that size, add 1/2 of a chopped onion, and some butter in a solid pan. They'll get so soft that they'll be mush if you let em.

Going healthy tonight. Cooked some catfish, sweet potato, and mixed veggies.

Not fancy but tasty.
