Glaze =/= huge chunks

I might do something like this, but was thinking of grilling it little like a grilled cheese.

Ended up at Curlee's oyster bar. Some of these Romans are really pissed about the Confederate flag. Oysters are pretty damn good. Beer is cold.

Where are the oysters from, Mr Balls?

They don't have their products sourced here at Curleys. But rest assured I'll ask

Roasted some chicken thighs and cooked some quinoa and mixed veggies.

That place is pretty solid for being in Rome. Best food option other than the bakery and sandwich shop.

I like Curlee's. Serves its purpose and walking distance from the room. I like the Italian place in the shopping center behind Chic Fillet too. Rome ain't much but it's better than lots.
