Wife picked up 20lbs crawfish from Tonys for the kids and 10 lbs large headless shrimp for us. I peeled and she cooked them with a light butter cream sauce, with salt, pepper, lime etc...

Over angelhair and it was very good

Other angles
Craw Rangoons

Hawaiian Fried Rice and blue lake beans (horseradish, dates, cumin, onion, garlic, chilis)

No pic of the Gen Lee's Chicken, was certainly the best of the night.

roasted spaghetti squash "pasta"/ beef & pork meatballs / red sauce / parmigiano-reggiano

1 lb ground round + 1/2 pound ground pork

didn't have any breadcrumbs so I chopped up the end pieces of a loaf of sourdough and let it soak in some milk for a bit

halved and seeded a spaghetti squash then roasted for 40 min. and scraped

my red sauce = diced white onion, chopped garlic, chopped kalamata olives, crushed red pepper, anchovy paste, 1 28 oz can San Marzano tomatoes, splash red wine, evoo, fresh basil, fresh oregano

meatballs = ground beef, ground pork, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, chopped oregano , garlic powder, onion powder, parmesan

finished product

Thanks fellas. Turned out really good. Also made a chicken tikka masala from scratch but for the week but really didn't photo document that one.

That looks real good, R2R. I had the same thing today. I helped roll over 40 meatballs.

Made rice and grave with a deer neck roast and deer smoked sausage... it came out amazing

Browned roast then removed and cooked down the sausage. Took this pic while cooking down onion, green onion and bellpepper

Added them all back in together and let brown more

Oven for 2hrs at 400
