The FIL is in town for a few days or weeks. He and I went to Crabby Shacks in Madisonville for a beer and order take out. I looked down in the middle of my first beer and saw a picture of Otis2 on the bar.

fatty brisket, soft tendon, tripe, flank, eye of round & meatball pho. Beans sprouts substituted for the hi carb rice noodles It's awesome
