I'm roasting a whole head of cauliflower. If it turns out pretty, I will post a pic. If it's a flop, never mind.

The instructions I saw from Domenica were really in-depth, so I haven't done it yet.

That recipe is excellent. But you could drag a goat turd ( I think, but no personal experience ) though that sauce and it'd be tasty.

Are you doing the goat cheese spread? If/when I make it, I'm planning on drizzling the spread with a little honey. I feel like it would be fantastic.
