Pesto and whole wheat pasta with a pan seared Scottish salmon filet. Washing it all down with Warhawk tears.

Going to cook some steaks per the request of my now 8 year old girl's birthday. Think I'll try the reverse sear method

Eta:

Very good. A little more done than I like it. Fat melted in your mouth and had great flavor. Looking forward to doing this again

I made shrimp pasta salad today. Rainbow pasta, black whole olives, garbanzo beans, jalapenos from the garden, fresh Romaine lettuce.
Dressing was a mix of Mayo, Olive Oil, garlic. The hard part was peeling 100 small shrimps. Chilled in the fridge and it came out great.

For Lucy I made new pasta with ground beef and Monjuni Sauce. She doesn't like shrimp pasta salad.

Dogs had leftover potato salad. They said it was excellent.

Beef tips and gravy with rice. Not sure of the sides right now.

Edit:
If I had of known we were going to have winter weather today in Houston I would have done chili.

You use mayo like you would butter. It's Mexican street food style.

No expert here, but I'd assume yes, if the thickness is the same.

Just ate at the Weber Grill restaurant in Chicago. Had the Chimichurri Flank Steak. Pretty tasty.
