Sweep the Kitchen is good pizza!
I cut up a watermelon, put in fridge to chill, ate a bowl for dinner, drank water w/Liquid I.V. for hydration. Oh, and a couple 100 proof Old Forrester Old Fashioneds with a Tatuaje Verocu torpedo…

Delicious.
I did a prime ribeye that was on sale at rouse’s for $13 a pound. Seared for 3 minutes on one side in a cast iron. Melted butter flipped and basted the other side for 3 minutes. Finished in the oven at 425 for a couple minutes. Perfect mid rare with great rendering of the fat. Just seasoned with salt and pepper. Paired it with a NA Cabernet.
