Got up around 4:00 this morning, built a fire, seasoned up a brisket and threw it on the pit. It was supper, along with some baked beans, dirty rice, potato salad and rolls.Forgot to take a picture after it was cooked and before it was sliced. Separated the point from the flat and sliced them both. :)
