Had some guanciale in the freezer that needed to be used, so I made carbonara and homemade loaf of crusty italian bread.

Wife is working, probably the last month that she’ll do so before retiring. Grilled some chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and fake crab salad. :)

Leftover “Paulie” pizza from Central Pizza, couple 2oz pours of Wild Turkey Rare Breed to wash it down, & a really nice CAO Black torpedo for atmosphere…
