Had some guanciale in the freezer that needed to be used, so I made carbonara and homemade loaf of crusty italian bread.

converted the surplus of tomatoes into gazpacho. Seared strip steaks in the pizza oven. Ciabatta. Kona big wave

Wife is working, probably the last month that she’ll do so before retiring. Grilled some chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and fake crab salad. :)

Smoked spareribs. Cut down to St. Louis and smoked everything.

Leftover “Paulie” pizza from Central Pizza, couple 2oz pours of Wild Turkey Rare Breed to wash it down, & a really nice CAO Black torpedo for atmosphere…
