Threw some country style pork ribs, pork steaks, jalapeño & cheddar sausage and pineapple sausage on the pit. Cooked some green beans, cheesy potatoes, rolls and made slaw. No sauce, had it on the side…I was lazy. Fed my bartender. :)

Is that bar hiring? Thinking about retiring and might pick up a part-time gig.

Good Evening Otis and FB crew.

I bought 60lbs of beautiful 21-25s Friday. Peeled most of them for the freezer today but kept some to make Bar-Be-Que shrimp tonight with a side of yellow grits, some steamed broccoli and of course we had to have some toasted french bread to sop up the butter sauce.
