Forgot to take out meat for dinner so I made a quick stroganoff with hamburger meat. It was much better than I expected. I looked at a few recipes and have made the original before so I winged it.

That’s interesting, I can say I’ve never had a stroganoff with hamburger meat. It’s always been stew meat

Pizza - experiments with Chad Robertson's dough - made a batch of leaven dough and then split between two pizzas and a large loaf of bread. Pizza dough came out pretty good, crisp but with good chew.
1 - pepperoni, grilled red pepper, red onion, jalapeno
2 - Canadian bacon, mushroom, caramelized onions, kalamata olives.
