Roast, red onion, and pepper jack quesadillas. The picture is from last week’s lunch. I am too lazy to take a picture of tonight’s version.

Chinese takeout because our electrician has ghosted us after we agreed to a quote almost 2 weeks ago, which means I STILL don't have a functional kitchen.

Steamed dumplings, egg rolls, Sesame chicken, Beef Lo Mein

Plenty of vodka waters because I'm basically Shelly Long in The Money Pit.

Thanks, it was!

Trying to focus on the positives, like all we HAVE been able to accomplish/fix/burn to the ground over the last 6 weeks, and not the things that I can't control.

I'm doing a LOT of wooosaaah-ing.

I put some ham in crescent rolls and based them. Pretty good. I need to get one of those LA purchase cards so I can get some fricking crabs and shrimp

Hot damn.

I did roasted pork roast (Boston butt) and gravy, rice, smothered green beans, roasted potatoes, and homemade yeast rolls. It was a success.
