Chicken Chettinad, super hot, with sides of various chutney's and spices. Also a Saag. We ate at our favorite Indian restaurant last night, then doctored it up tonight. I think they are terrified of making anything too hot/spicy because of the Snowbirds. Enjoy your Monday night, food friends!
