Wasn’t much of a dressing. My Mama made this little simple salad, my whole life, all the way up until she passed at 94. It’s nothing more than lettuce, tomato, salt, black pepper, boiled eggs and mayonnaise. The eggs combine with the Mayo and does a little something. A whole new generation of bartenders like it. :)
