We're doing our 4th grilling tonight because the town's firework display is happening in a few hours and we can watch it from our patio.
Bratwurst with caramelized onions, peppers and mushrooms. We also have sauerkraut and various mustards for topping.
Chips and onion dip.

Went to Besame after Hamilton at the Saenger. Peruvian ceviche and the cochinita plato. It was so good. George Washington even showed up. 
Definitely needs to be on people's radar, especially pre or post Saenger events.

Wife works tomorrow. Got up early, threw a brisket on the pit and did some other things. Maybe not my best effort but us and my bartender are fed. :)
