Made a sort of chicken broccoli bake from the back of a Campbell’s can Leftover spaghetti squash. Balsamic onions and peppers.

My wife loved them at our old fav Mexican resturant west of ATL but since we've retired to Gulf Shores havent really found one she likes as well (plus they're like $16-$20 here ).

Found the recipe on the Allrecipe site, 1st time from scratch for me, she loved it.

Lotta prep and ingredients but simple to put together...

I made one yesterday, and yes, a lot of ingredients, plus I was trying to sub some of the ingredients for low or no sugar versions.

And yours is prettier!
