Rao’s Alfredo sauce, rotisserie chicken, leftover broccoli. No effort, yet still really good.

Grilled some burgers. I topped mine with sharp cheddar, sauteed onions, tomato slice, lettuce and pickles. Toasted sesame bun with yellow mustard.

We went to new BBQ place here in KC area. They make some of the best sauce you can get especially their Womp sauce.
I went with the Naked and Afraid sandwich…burnt ends, sausage, pickled jalapeños, Swiss cheese, potato straws and charred Mayo. It was delicious.

Baked chicken and some black eyed peas, no rice. I need to get back on the program. Still haven’t missed a day on the treadmill. :)

DAMN that BBQ looks good !! I need to get up to KC again sometime and try that. Favorite BBQ place is Jack Stack.
