Jones and I will just be throwing together a simple dinner at home.
Roasted Beet Salad over Arugula with Goat Cheese and Toasted Walnuts
Pan Seared Scallops
Baked Lobster Tails with Clarified Butter
Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Pasta ai Quattro Formaggi
And a couple bottles of Cabernet.

I just started the coals. Will BBQ some leg quarters and a few burgers. I noticed that Lucy hasn't touched the pint of chicken salad I made 4 days ago.
Me: Do you not want chicken salad sammiches any more?
Lucy: The dinners you have made are better. So I ate those instead.

Mrs. Wales just picked up a couple of filets and some sausage from Maxwell's. I'm sure she will pair hers with a tater. I'll pair mine with Old Charter.
