Screw the Pelicans and the NBA!!!!!
This morning I injected about a 6 lb chicken with chicken broth and some Cajun Bait seasoning mixed in.
After letting it air dry in the fridge I put it on the Keg to roast.
This is about fifteen minutes before I took it off the grill.
Done and served with white cheese shells and cheese, broccoli, bread crumbs and cheese and grilled fresh pineapple slices.
Chicken was tender, juicy and tasty!

I love it! It's a Spitjack with several different size needles. I got it doing a sale thing with them years ago and anyone who wanted one got it at a discounted price. Can't think of what you call the deal.

No nba or tv for me. I’m dick deep into a complete home remodel due to a water pipe busting in the attic a month ago while we were out of town. 3” of water throughout the entire first floor.
I hit a wall this afternoon and picked up CFA for my crew on the way in from the permanent dwelling to the temporary dwelling.
