I took some boneless pork loin chops out of the freezer this morning to smother for dinner this evening. I said the last time I made this that I need to do it more often and I really do need to. This was a pretty darn good meal!
Served with homemade mashed potatoes and lima beans with bacon. Can't forget about the biscuits!

Leaf lettuce, sliced ham, sliced chicken, sliced salami, tomatoes and mayo, tightly wrapped for a nice bunless sandwich.
