Today the School Cafeteria Pizza was requested for dinner but I did it MY way and it was well enjoyed.
I did do something a little different by adding some beer to the bread dough which I believe made it rise a little more.
Here it is before baking.....
Annnnd... after baking.
This is what I had and I went back for a third slice.
That sauce recipe is definitely a keeper! It's posted in the other School Cafeteria Pizza post.

Looks like the homemade pizzas my parents made not our school lunch pizza. Brings back memories of the deliciousness just seeing it.
