Marinated some chicken thighs in: chipotle in adobo, lime juice, oil, seasonings.
Grilled that and made hard and soft tacos with different toppings.
Side of refried beans.
Tea.

We're still iced in, so I'm defrosting some of my MIL's shrimp, crab & corn bisque and baking a couple of garlic knots.

I'm going stir crazy, but at least we have power.

Didn’t get a single plate pic. Filet, parm crusted Brussels, and a mushroom cream sauce.

Chicken Chettinad & Malai Kofta. Third meal x 2 people, from our meal out, in case any certain nurse wants to count how long we make meals last. She does seem very concerned.

and had too much sliced chicken deli meat so I wrapped it around cornbread stuffing and baked it with gravy (ala pinterest) and baked sweet potatoes.
