Started and finished.
Had a busy day at heart electrician's office with not much food, so it seemed like a good reason to eat early.
Likely will have watermelon later. Here is an old photo from one day last week. I understand you guys already know what Watermelon looks like. My bowl tonight will look nearly exactly like this one.

That looks good, MD! 
I thought I was making shrimp stew with eggs, but it might be more gumbo like.
Also, it's more criminal that I don't have any green onions than the fact that I'm using shirataki rice.

I made chicken tortilla soup and Mexican street corn. The corn was the best part but the toppings get messy in my facial hair. That being said, I could eat that stuff all day.

Here it is. It was good. Probably won't choose it over a shorter ribeye a whole lot but if Sam's has them for 6.99/lb again I might.
