Made chicken tika masala, an Indian spiced rice (came out kind of wet but still good), and a yogurt, cucumber, mint sauce to cook it all down. Everything was delicious.

Fried chicken club at The Chimes before the WBB game. Proud of our Lady Tigers for grinding that one out even though they were a bit sluggish and sloppy follow the big TN game the other day.

We bought blueberries, 4 bell peppers, 3 heirloom tomatoes, 3 portobello mushrooms, an onion and fresh basil this morning for $18 at our “in season (the yankees, not vegetables) time. I know you all (mostly nurse) want to hate on the basil, but it is absolutely delicious. Add protein and we can eat/freeze 30 meals for almost nothing.
