Nice! The guys at Shank are awesome. We've been getting our christmas and thanksgiving day meats from them and they've been excellent.

I'm guessing they prefer the rent on St. Claude as opposed to Uptown.

ETA: Having chicken and quinoa tonight, but also gonna bake some avocado fries. First time so will post pics.

Have only had their things at St Roch until today. Boudin was not that great, just not my style of boudin maybe.

Bacon was legit, as was the steak. At 19/lb not that bad a deal.

Have the sausage for lunch tomorrow.
