This evening I made some homemade biscuits for a breakfast dinner.
While the biscuits were baking I went outside and cooked sausage patties, corned beef hash and home fries on the Weber griddle.
That's it. Only a couple of pictures taken tonight as this cooking was hot and quick.

First attempt for these chicken roll up things. Second roll was definitely better job lol. One pesto and motz and the other spinach sun dried tomato and feta. Sous vide and seared.

Went out and ate. Wife had a shrimp poboy, I had a hamburger steak, onion rings for an appetizer. When I retired six weeks, or so ago, I built a patio cover…put a little stain on it today. Been busy for an old man, I had help. :)
