I’m having leftovers and repurposed leftovers. Cornbread dressing and greens from Zeeland. Trader Joe’s chicken shawarma.
Then I repurposed leftover pot roast from Zeeland by mixing it with salsa, Mexican cheese, seasoning and stuffing it into large portobello caps I needed to use.

Bought a pack of Conecuh sausage recently b/c I've seen it mentioned on here before and never tried it. Had it tonight. It was really good. Definitely going into my sausage rotation.

Conecuh sausage is great on the grill, but poke holes in it to let the grease out. Great for sausage dogs but not great for red beans and sausage.

Bull…that grease is what makes the dish baw. I am a native Albanian so let the downvotes commence. P.S. my all time favorite sausage is best stop green onion fwiw
