Why so slow? They're even slow at their Alabama and Mississippi locations.

The trick is to get the buffalo fingers with the zaxbys sauce.

The had to fry wings fresh. Said it would be 10 minutes before wings were up. I got my wings hot but my girlfriend's food was cold and my fries were cold.

I think the manager just wasn't running the kitchen. There are at least 8 people working. You can bang that shite out quick. It was very aggravating.

Aren't they building another one on Airline in Gonzales? I don't see how they survive.

I really liked the Zaxby Zalad with the little egg roll but it's not s regular menu item. Disappointing.

I could not agree more. I went to Rouses Saturday around lunch time and when I didn't see anyone in the drive-thru I should have known. The wife and I both said it was the first and last time we will ever eat there, all of it was bad. I think I was more pissed because I wanted Pimanyolis, but decided to try that garbage.

I'm convinced you guys just have the collection of worst Zaxby's in the world. Every complaint I ever hear on this board about it is stuff I never experience to the ones I go to.

To the OP, sounds like they just overcooked their tenders that day. I've been to canes when they were overcooked. It happens. If we're being honest, there really isn't much difference between the two. I do like Cane's sauce more, as I liked Guthrie's sauce more than Zaxby's as well.

Went to the one in Gonzales when it opened and that was enough for me.

Was like ingesting a salt bomb. Awful.

I went Saturday around 3:00 for the first and last time. I agree with your assertion about the sauce, and not to mention, the slowest most inept service. It took well over 15 mins.

That's any fast food joint in BR.

Every Freddy's I've been to had lightning fast service except, of course, the one in BR. Hell, last time I went, they could only make one type of concrete because they were out of everything else. It's not the company, it's the incompetent workers.

I'll agree that a lot of things on Zaxby's menu are disappointing. With that being said, the Kickin' Chicken Sandwich is one of my favorite items in fast food. 3 or 4 chicken tenders, smothered in ranch & buffalo sauce, sandwiched between two Texas toasts. Zaxby's also has milkshakes which is a plus.

If I could only have Zaxby's or Canes one more time ever, I would pick Canes. If I had to decided between Zaxby's and Canes for the rest of my life, I would pick Zaxby's. All about that variety.

I'd rather drive 30 minutes to Zaxby's than walk out my front door for Canes. frick Canes.
