Went there a few years ago when my wife's sorority had an alumni weekend during the Syracuse game. It'll be the only hotel we stay in BR from now on.

Felt like I was in an actual city, instead of a college town...well, almost. Plenty of baws still roaming around with camo hats and their church jeans on.

It’s called the Gregory. It’s a great spot for drinks/apps. It’s a little expensive but that keeps the place classier than the rest of downtown.

GM is Larry Tingle, formerly of Fleming’s and Sullivans, for those that may remember him.

Food is good as well, Red Fish Dip and roasted peppers are legit.

Where I stay these days when visiting because well it frankly doesn’t feel like downtown BR

A little proud of themselves with some of the cocktail prices .... and the food isn’t great but still probably the best spot in that area

It's expensive, but their cocktails are excellent and the space is unique. If you've never been, give it a shot.

Good downtown spot....wish baton rouge would develop a downtown food district
Downtown development district could do a much better job if they had better leadership...not a fan of DR at all
