Until I saw the prices at Costco and Hi Nabor. Prices have doubled and I'm not paying $90. Damn the Wuhan

I'm as frustrate as you are.
I plan to show it the finger. I'll grab a bag of chicken landing gear, a box of sausage, and some ground beef for burgers.
Don't let the terrorist win. Remember our fallen.

$5.19/pound at my Costco. Got one for about $75 today.
Was about $40 2 weeks ago though.

My wife picked up a flat. About 6 lbs. I'll smoke it on Sunday. Just have to take a little more care with it when it's just a flat.

I got this packer on my pit at 6:42 this morning. Trying to run 275-300, been consistently 282-304 with minor variance up to 307 when I added my second split. First brisket on this new stick burner so should be fun!

That's a beautiful setup TH. What type of wood are you burning?

And its not even the good stuff. Seems like all they are making right now is 80/20 or worse.

I guess, maybe its not 80/20.
Whatever it is, it starts a fire. Ive never been able to do flame broiled before this stuff.
