Where is your review, Neauxla? After all of this, let's hear it.

Ive heard stories from people that worked at Applebees. I know the people that work at Olive Garden arent that much different

Well my wife worked at two corporate chains(funny that people here just KNOW all their food comes in frozen and is reheated but my wife doesn't) and she never saw a customer's food messed with. She was in management for ten plus years though so I doubt an employee would do something like that in front of her.

I'm not. I really wanted cheese fries after reading this thread. And I definitely didn't want walk on's

The bacon on that sandwich made me gag.

Last time I went I'm pretty sure I got the whatever seared tuna salad w/o the tuna. It was a mediocre experience.

Just a statement, lady. I enjoyed the read.... Just a comment. Relax

I am relaxed?

I didn't mean the comment to sound snippy if it did.

I ate a vegan(?)/vegetarian(?) lunch today..

There have been many threads about this, especially how some of the area's most adored restaurants commonly use frozen food.

Then the aficionados are in denial.

I bet it was mediocre. Tough to give a tuna-less seared tuna salad high marks.

I said experience, not the salad itself. I'm not complaining that their salad wasn't up to my standards. It was just some greens and veggies which is always fine by me. It's hard to mess that up. Just saying the night certainly isn't brag worthy

I'm really not trying to get into a back and forth about my visit though. Just was sharing my .02

I was just wanting to tell her today, and this is the first time I've seen her.

Embo: A poblano black bean burger on toasty buns with fresh avocado slices and salsa!

how do you mess up fries?
Check out Fat Pat's in Laffy. They do an excellent job at overcooking fries.

I am just starting to read through this thread. The hate for Walk-ons is insane. They serve average food, much like many other places, and there are some things that are just hard to screw up that you can get and be satisfied with. Nobody is expecting this to be fine dining.

And the people comparing it to Chili's and Applebees and saying, "Well, those places are booming with business too" Didn't one of those big chains have some big problems that just came out recently financially? Those places are dying.

Walk On's is near my office and I grab a salad at the bar occasionally because it's easy. Hard to frick up a salad with grilled chicken. People do go overboard about the place.

One of these darn lines again.

If you did read the thread, the people who dislike Walkons compared it to Sammy's and Chimes and Brewbachers.

Y'all really have to drop the fine dining line from your defense repertoire.
