Yep, the cheese eggs are my choice as well. I wonder what that actual "cheese" is, by the way. More like a cheese product (like Velveeta) if I had to guess. But I check my health nuttiness at the door here.
It's too bad that the coffee is downright insufferable though. Wait times would triple if the coffee was even remotely better.

Never understood the big deal about Waffle House. There were none where I grew up. We hit up Courtesy Diner for our meals between midnight and 6 a.m.
