You can sub the house soup that comes with the meal for the corn & crab bisque in the bread bowl for a small upcharge. Do it.

Veal St. Charles..Stacked layers of Paneed veal with a seafood cream sauce and lump crab meat. Its on the menu as eggplant St. Charles but they will make it with veal as a house specialty.

This woman agrees. It's my favorite anywhere.

I don't know if you can go wrong at Vincent's. The menu is large and the food has always been very good. I love the place and agree on the atmosphere. Typical old style Italian restaurant. Busy and somewhat loud and fun.

I don't even order cannelloni at other Italian restaurants, but the one at Vincent's is worth it.

Oysters Almondine to start are great and I usually go with the Osso Bucco, but all of the veal dishes and the canneloni are good.
They run a softshell crab special when in season that is really good as well.

I always go with one of the veal options depending on what I’m in the mood for. And the Uptown location is definitely better than the Metairie location for some reason.

You can't go wrong there, honestly. Their Oysters Rockerfeller puts Antoine's to shame.
